Your Will, your way — made simple, right here in Macon.

Most families know they need a Will. What stops them is not knowing where to start — or what it will cost. Watson Legal Group is attorney Mark S. Watson's Macon law firm, helping Middle Georgia families since 2010: simple Wills and estate packages, prepared from your answers and reviewed by Mark Watson himself, at a flat price quoted up front — with payment plans if you need one.

The three documents every Georgia family needs

How it works

  1. Build your plan in simple language — pick a package, make a few simple choices, and see your plan summarized in your own words before you commit to anything.
  2. Review and confirm your plan's summary — you see exactly what your plan says, in your own words, before we take any deposit. Once you confirm, your $100 deposit starts your documents; pay the rest in full or on a payment plan.
  3. Answer the remaining questions we send you — the details of how you would like your estate handled will be added to your documents.
  4. Review and sign with a notary or with Mark Watson, and keep your copies. Optional (you will have the option to select this later): we keep a copy of your documents safe in our Vault for an annual fee, with a yearly check-in where you will confirm your notification preferences.

Simple, flat pricing — pick your package

Tier 2 — Will + Health Care Directive

*The Vault charges $50 per year currently. We reserve the right to raise the annual fee in future years as costs and conditions change; if we do, we will tell you before your renewal comes due, and you may turn it down and let the Vault lapse — no obligation. Your documents are always yours.

Build your plan — simple choices
Make your choices above and your plan will appear here in simple language.

Don't worry about getting every answer perfect — an attorney reviews all of this with you. The remaining details (dates, backups, final wishes, and the like) come right after your deposit, in Part 2.

Your summary — is this how you want it?

Two ways to go from here — your choice. Start now: confirm below and we start preparing your documents (deposit details on the next screen). Or just take the summary: we email you this plan and its price, no obligation and no sales call — save up, think it over, and come back when you're ready.

If that's how you want it, confirm below and we start preparing your documents. Your $100 deposit is due when we contact you — the moment it's in, we send your remaining questions, and once those are back we book your review & signing with a notary or with Mark Watson. Pay in full at any point for the lowest total price, or use a payment plan for the balance.

How to reach you
Done — your summary is on its way.
We've emailed your plan summary and price to you. Nothing is being sold and nobody will call you. When you're ready — next week or next year — your $100 deposit starts your documents, and your plan is already on file with us.
Confirmed — your plan is with the attorney.
Last step to start your documents: send your $100 deposit now. The moment it lands, we finish your documents, send your remaining questions, and schedule your signing. You pay the notary directly at your signing — that fee is yours, not ours. Pay $100 Deposit with Venmo
Venmo to — please put your name in the note.
Prefer Zelle? Send $100 by Zelle to and put your name in the memo.
We'll also reach out by your preferred method to confirm we've received it.
How would you like your finished documents returned? (optional)

Additional shipping fees may apply — for example, overnight delivery is charged at the carrier's rate.

No hard sell, ever: nobody will call to pressure you. If you take the summary only, we email it to you and may check in about once a quarter to see whether your plans have changed — and you can opt out at any time.

This page is general information about our services, not legal advice about your specific situation, and sending this form does not create an attorney–client relationship — that begins after your review and a signed agreement. Your answers are used only to prepare your documents and respond to your request; they are never sold.
