Would you like to have your estate planning documents reviewed by us?

Wills and estate documents are not "set it and forget it." Laws change. Families change — marriages, divorces, new children and grandchildren, a move to Georgia, a new property. A document signed years ago may not say what you think it says anymore. Send us your information, tell us when you'd like to hear from us, and our office will review the documents you provide and prepare a one-page summary of your existing plan as it sits today — what your documents say, the properties they cover, who handles what, and suggestions based on practices commonly used in Georgia estate planning. Free, and no obligation.

SCOPE OF THE FREE REVIEW — PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SEND

  • We will review only the documents you provide to us. If a document, account, policy, or beneficiary form is not provided, it is not reviewed, and your summary will not cover it.
  • Your summary is a summation of your existing plan, based solely on the documents you provide, as they read on the day of the review — what your documents say, the properties they cover, and who is named to handle things.
  • Any suggestions in the summary reflect practices that are common in Georgia estate planning. They are general information for your consideration — not legal advice directed to your specific situation.
  • This review does not make Watson Legal Group your estate planning attorneys. The firm takes no responsibility for decisions you made before the review, for documents it was not given, or for whether your existing plan achieves your goals. Do not rely on the review or the summary as a substitute for engaged counsel.
  • Advice about your specific situation begins only if you engage the firm, and any engagement will be confirmed in a written agreement signed by you and the firm. Until then, no attorney-client relationship exists between you and Watson Legal Group, and the firm has no duty to update your summary if the law or your circumstances change.

Your information is confidential and goes only to Watson Legal Group.
